Error alert: Problem 3 should be 112.5 = area, not 56.5. Why? Because the fence has 3 sides with a total of 30 FT of fence; so 7.5 x 3 = 22.5 FT is not the required 30 FT.of fence. Answer should be 7.5 x 15 = 112.5 sq ft of area. The error originated in the wrong formula: P= 2L x 2W implying 4 fence walls. The formula should be P = L x 2W so that there's 3 walls.
